Sunrise RV Rental Disclaimer
Reservation Deposit
Required is a $500 deposit to secure the requested rental dates.
We will provide a full refund of the deposit for cancellations made at least 21 days before the scheduled rental date.
If damage occurs to the RV during the rental period, Sunrise RV Rentals will apply the $500 deposit toward necessary repairs.
If repair costs exceed the deposit, the renter agrees to cover the additional expenses upon receipt of an invoice.
If no damage occurs, we will refund the deposit in full upon completion of the rental period.
Rental Condition Inspection
The renter agrees to complete a thorough inspection of the RV with a Sunrise RV Rentals representative before the rental begins.
The renter must document any existing damage or issues in writing and photograph them.
If the renter fails to note pre-existing damage upon receipt of the RV, we may hold the renter responsible for those damages.
Cancellation Policy
We will provide a full refund of the deposit for cancellations made 21 days or more prior to the rental start date.
For cancellations made within 21 days of the rental date, we will retain the deposit in full.
RV Use and Maintenance Requirements
The renter must not sublet the RV.
Only the renter or authorized individuals who meet all licensing requirements and provide proof of valid insurance may drive the RV.
The renter must not take the RV off paved roads, drive it in hazardous areas, or use it for activities outside its intended purpose.
The renter is responsible for all maintenance and basic care of the RV during the rental period, including routine checks on tire pressure, fluid levels, and safe parking practices.
The renter agrees to notify Sunrise RV Rentals immediately if any mechanical or operational issues arise during the rental period.
Return Requirements
The renter must return the RV in its received condition, including fuel, propane, waste disposal, and cleanliness.
The renter must return the RV by the agreed-upon time. Late returns may incur additional charges.
Liability and Insurance
The renter accepts all risks of using the RV and agrees to hold Sunrise RV Rentals harmless for any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from the renter’s negligence.
The renter agrees to indemnify Sunrise RV Rentals against any third-party claims, damages, or losses related to the renter’s use, possession, maintenance, or return of the RV, including associated legal fees.
